Society Booking Information

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL VISITING SOCIETIES
AND ARE DESIGNED TO ENSURE YOUR VISIT IS AS ENJOYABLE AS POSSIBLE.
 GOLF:
  • A maximum of 27 Holes can be played, with play commencing after 10.30 am
  • On arrival, the Society Organiser is asked to report to the Professional’s Shop and pay the balance of the Green Fees (less deposit) by cheque or cash. Credit Cards regretfully cannot be accepted
  • At least five 2-person Buggies are normally available – early booking in advance is advised via the Professional
  • Handicap Certificates may be requested
  • The use of Mobile Phones is not permitted on the Course or in the Clubhouse - except in emergency
  • Dress Code : Like all golf clubs we have a dress code which underlines the necessity of having standards that we feel appropriate on the Course and in the Clubhouse. 
CATERING:
  • Please note that whilst preferable, it is not compulsory to book catering
  • Please contact the Restaurant direct, to book your meal requirements 
  • Please confirm the final number of meals you require to the Catering Manager at least 3 days in advance
  • Meals must be paid for by cheque or by cash on the day - late cancellations may be charged
BOOKING INFORMATION

Societies cannot be accepted on Tuesdays mornings, or at weekends

Provisional bookings can only be held for two weeks

Please contact the Office to check tee availability and to request a Society Booking Form 

A Cheque for £100 should be enclosed with the application form AS A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT (bookings cannot be confirmed without deposit), made payable to Stanton-on-the-Wolds Golf Club.

The Organiser, must undertake to ensure that Members of his/her Society observe these Rules and Conditions.
