Emergency Procedures

The following emergency procedures have been drawn up to assist anyone involved in an incident, and to ensure the safety of Members and Visitors to our Club.
It is recommended that groups of players arrange for one person to carry a mobile phone in their golf bag (switched off) in order to make a telephone call in an emergency.
ACTION RECOMMENDED FOR INCIDENTS ON THE COURSE
  • In an emergency DIAL 999 and give the Operator the Club PostCode NG12 5BH
  • Then contact one of the following:-
    • PROFESSIONAL's SHOP 0115 937 2390
    • CLUBHOUSE BAR 0115 9372044
    • HEAD GREEN KEEPER 0115 9376122
    • CLUB MANAGER 0115 937 1650
  • giving the following information:-
    • Details of the incident or illness
    • The exact location of the casualty
DEFIBRILLATOR

The Club has a defibrillator which is located in the Lobby/Foyer of the Club Entrance.

EMERGENCIES IN THE CLUBHOUSE

It is the responsibility of ALL Members to comply with the Emergency and Fire Procedures as detailed on notices displayed throughout the Clubhouse and Club premises.

In the case of evacuation of the Clubhouse, the Assembly Point is located adjacent to the practice pitching green near the main car park.
